I transferred all of my investments into M1 and I am pleased with the decision. There are many automation benefits of using the M1 platform to host your investments. You can have pretty much all the accounts that you will ever need including taxable accounts, traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, margin accounts, and more recently crypto accounts. I started out my financial journey using Fidelity and it was alright, but M1 is a much better fit for me because it is actually simpler, yet more powerful for automating and understanding your investments.
