This will be much easier to reach once you have completed the Moon Guard Stronghold quest line in Suramar and have opened the portal to Shal'Aran. Head north from the Moonfall Overlook at which the portal is located, then proceed up the steps and across a bridge to Highmist Terrace. At the location shown in the video, you will find an Arcane Power Converter. Right-click this item to obtain the Infinite Stone, which will increase your Ancient Mana capacity by 100. This item is required for the Why Can't I Hold All This Mana? achievement.
