California Divorce Courts Rejecting Judgments In Error
Just because the #California #Divorce #court #rejects your #Judgment, does not mean that you made a mistake.
Well, you probably did, but they also make mistakes as well.
Once in a while the #court will reject a judgment of ours and upon review we will notice that there wasn't anything actually wrong with it.
The problem is that the courts are so backlogged and under pressure to process the judgments, they are trying to get through them as fast as possible.
Sometimes this means them looking for the first error so they can #reject the judgment without fully reviewing the judgment and other times, they miss something and simply just make a #mistake.
Nobody is perfect. When this happens, we simply resubmit the judgement and indicate the mistake that they made or help to clarify why it was correct when they thought it was wrong.
