JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reimbursement Review Services Representative-Provide Add


Pay:
$19/hr

Hours:
2 weeks training: 8-5 EST Mon-Fri
Flexible work hours, must work 40 hours a week

Job Duties:
A Reimbursement Review Services Representative handles provider reimbursements for health plans. The health plan providers outsource the work to companies such as Conduent
High level summary of job:
Receives nightly documents - sort, record, file, archive them
May require outbound correspondence from the client 
Act as a team lead/coordinator (but not a supervisor role)

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Advantage if you have claims, billing/coding experience

$14/hr

Hours:
8-5 EST Mon-Fri

Location:
Must live within 50 mile radius of Tallahassee, FL

Job Duties:
Described as half Call Center/Customer Service
Working on cases
Taking 20-25 calls per day
Looking up names
Pulling letters
Communicating with attorneys/paralegals

Minimum Qualifications:

Non-traditional applicants welcome
Prior call center/data entry experience
