This is Usar Design Builds second Fastfoot Monopour. Using Logix ICF, the homeowner had his existing damp basement replaced with a warm, dry, R23 foundation.
As the house was lifted, speed was important. The Monopour system eliminated pouring the footings and then the walls. Leaving a foundation with no cold-joint and a dampproof membrane on the concrete footings.
