Attorney Tom Olsen: Robert, we know from experience that a lot of people out there when they think about nursing homes, they think that Medicaid is a five year look-back period too, and that's all I really know about it. Hey, five years, too late for us, nothing we can do. What we want people to know is that here at the Olsen Law Group, we have Medicaid compliant tools to protect their life savings from nursing homes, so there absolutely is something that can be done, even if we have to do it at the last minute.
Attorney Robert Hidock: Absolutely. All of our Medicaid compliant tools are designed to bypass Medicaid's five year look back period. They are created in law to protect assets. In fact, I was having dinner on Thursday night with someone whose parents live in Naples, one has very end-stage dementia. She was telling me up and down that they were going to take her parents' house, that they were going to have to spend all their money if he had to go to a home and like, no, not one bit. We can save almost any situation. I don't know of one that we haven't been able to help. I think they're going to come to one of our workshops and I'm going to straighten him out a little bit.
