On October 15th, the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law welcomed Dr. Sarah Kreps, assistant professor of Government at Cornell University and a 2013-2014 Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Dr. Kreps discussed the issue of drones and democratic accountability.
