Forces Armées Nigerinnes (FAN) soldiers trained with Australian and U.S. Special Operations Forces (3RD SFG) as a part of Exercise Flintlock 2017. The training started with individual soldiering techniques such as marksmanship, first aid, land navigation, counter-explosives training and eventually progressed into advanced platoon-level maneuvers.
