Parliament was yesterday the venue of a heated showdown as the bitter rivalry between Prime Minister Raila Odinga and his former close ally, now turned archrival, Eldoret North mp William Ruto yet again played out on the floor of the house. Odinga and Ruto first clashed over the exact date when Kenyans are expected to go to the polls. The two also traded barbs over the culture of political nomadism, with Ruto terming Odinga the undisputed record holder in party hopping, an accusation the prime minister responded to in equal measure.
