When you enroll in Amazon KDP Select Program, you can take advantage of two different price promotion options. The second one is a Countdown Deals option. In this video, you will learn how to take advantage of the program, what you should know about it, and what are the limits and criteria.

Under the countdown deals promotion, you can offer your ebook for a discount from a minimum of 1 hour up to 7 days maximum (only consecutive days are allowed). The price of your book needs to be between $2.99 - $24.99. You can discount your book in 5 price increments that you can decide yourself. To be part of the program, you have to have the price of your book unchanged for 30 days, and the program has to end 14 days before the end of the 90-day KDP Select enrollment. The countdown deal is only available on the Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk sites.
