According to Dr. Ihaleakela Hew Len, the most important relationship in creation is between the conscious and the subconscious. The subconscious contains all the memories and data that we experience as woe, suffering, pain and separation. The inner child (subconscious) is the storage house of all those emotional experiences we experience as suffering. So in this guided meditation, we are connecting with the inner child to release the hurtful memories so that we can be free and be as God created us. This cannot be done through force but only through awareness, love, and forgiveness.

The purpose of the Ho'oponopono practice is to release and erase all the memories and data that are running us and obscuring our connection to the Divine. Getting back to zero according to Dr. Hew Len is the solution. It is at zero that we are truly free of all limitations.
