In December, on a country path, a robin flew down to sit with me for a while. It made me pause and in the stillness the sounds of nature came alive - the drizzle of the rain hitting the leaves, the winds rustling in the trees, the birds settling down and singing to each other .. I got home and wrote this song. It was during the Christmas break of our shoot for 'Wrecked', a new show for BBC3 that we made in Belfast from Nov '21 - Dec '22 with the best cast and crew I've ever had the pleasure and honour of working with. Here's hoping we can do it again ... xx
