commercial package unit had a stuck contactor. Grime, goo, dust, bugs etc all contribute to the contactor pulling in and not letting go. Compressor tripped on internal overload but came back online after a little cool down. Easy DIY replacement on contactors but they can do a lot of damage on compressors if not identified quickly and fixed
