tips: You don't need oil to make kerak telor, because we use soaked glutinous rice which contains water in it. soak the glutinous rice (beras ketan) for 3 hours, but it will be better if you soaked in overnight.
i think flipping the pan is a must, so don't worry and just do it. The 'kerak telor' won't fall down because it is made from glutinous rice which is sticky.
