This short video shows how to make a Ground Ivy Tincture using the fresh plant and vodka. This can then be used as a medicine. Alice advises not to use this with children under 5 years old or if you are pregnant! A few drops in water will help you with a sore throat and various congestion. Enjoy - thanks Alice...of course you could just put some leaves of the Ground Ivy into hot water for a cup of tea, and breathe in the aroma!!
