I wanted to record these steps for you since it's super easy to create a 'messaging extension' to facilitate updates from Teams messages to CRM/Model Driven App/Dynamics using Power Automate! Honestly, if I stopped talking this would take less than 5 minutes to build!! Can you think of the many uses for this in your world (please share in the comments)?
