So why do we refurbish our buy to let investment properties?
When I have this discussion with a newbie or would-be investor and ask them why we do refurbs, they'll often think about it for a moment and then say something like, "Because it needs doing?"
And yes, in one way that is the correct answer. It does need doing.
But there's a lot more to it than than that.
What I tell them, and they'll learn over time as they buy and renovate property, is that we can be much more strategic in our thinking.
It's not simply about making the property 'look nicer'.
And so, in this video, I want to tell you about 4 reasons why I renovate and refurb my buy to lets, and I'll tell you the number 1 reason which, incidentally, many casual or new investors often totally overlook.
But if you want to create real investments then for me the number 1 reason is, err, well, the number 1 reason, the most important reason.
This can determine whether a project is worth doing or not.
