The security cluster will update the country on how far it is with implementing recommendations made by an expert panel report, which probed the July civil unrest in KwaZulu Natal and parts of Gauteng last year. Law enforcement agencies were found wanting when rampant looting and acts of criminality spread. This followed the arrest of former president Jacob Zuma.
