Welcome back to the kitchen Live Leaner. This is a new step-by-step noatmeal recipe that we uploaded to our Team Live Lean membership site. However, since it’s such an awesome recipe, I want everyone to go try it.
It’s called Freakishly Delicious Cherry Noatmeal.

How To Make A Paleo Grain-Free Noatmeal Recipe
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Servings : 1
INGREDIENTS
1 cup egg whites
1 cup cherries (frozen or fresh)
1 banana (mashed up)
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
coconut oil spray
dash Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat pan over medium heat and spray with coconut oil spray.
2. Add 1 cup of egg whites to the pan and scramble for approximately 1 minute, or until cooked.
3. Add cooked egg whites to a bowl.
4. Top the eggs whites with one mashed banana, then stir.
5. Add 1 tbsp of coconut flour to the egg whites mixture and stir.
6. Add 1 cup of frozen or fresh cherries, 1 tbsp of almonds, and a dash of cinnamon, then stir.
7. Top with 1 tbsp of shredded coconut.
8. Enjoy.
