We had so much for this holiday season. For those who don't know, Papa Schindelar is Jewish and has recently become more faithful than ever before after his recent pilgrimage to Israel.

Mama Schindelar was baptized Greek Orthodox but has attended church at many non-denominational and other sect churches over the course of her life.

As parents we hope to provide our children with a sense of belonging and civic responsibility, and we feel like places of spirituality tend to best provide that.

We loved visiting the Covered Bridge Ranch Christmas Tree Farm in Montrose, Colorado for the first time and celebrating the 8 nights of Channukah with our new family menorah.

Praise the higher power; this season was a blessing.
