One of the questions i still see a lot is people are curious about whether or not Kakashi can still use 1,000 jutsu. Afterall, Kakashi did copy a ton of ninjutsu when he possessed the sharingan, to the point that he was given the nickname kakashi the copy ninja. However, now that he’s lost
the sharingan, can he truly still use 1,000 jutsu. The answer is yes and for some of you that might be a head scratcher, so let me explain. The sharingan eye of insight allows the user to break down ninjutsu from their chakra nature types, the hand seals, how the jutsu work, and ect. That makes it easier for a user to learn the jutsu, but the sharingan itself is not required to use those jutsu. Think of it like the sharingan just was able to download a ton of information about all the jutsu kakashi saw with his sharingan into his brain. The information on how to perform the jutsu is still in kakashi’s mind, as are the hand seals required, and the associated muscle memory. The only thing he can’t do is copy more ninjutsu.
