Rogue Ohio Power Bar Review:

I now understand why the Rogue Ohio power bar is called the gold standard for barbells.
Their tagline is literally "Built to last generations" and I can tell just by the quality when I first got it.
I have the Cerakote version - green/black
The Knurling is aggressive but not nearly aggressive as some bars out there I’ve tried, including ones like the Deadlift bar
It has everything I need and want:
- Has center knurling for squats
- Has the outside "spacing marks" for bench press.
- and it works great for deadlifts.
If you compare it to the sports authority barbell that I had before which was:
- $300 for barbell and weights
- Cheap af
It's by far better.
If you’re looking to upgrade to something that will last for generations, definitely pick this guy up
