This was another Islay Whisky from the oldest licensed distillery on Islay and one of the oldest in Scotland. It would be a good whisky for someone who is just getting into Islay or any Peated Whiskies because the peat is not over powering. We do get a flavourful balanced whisky that is easy to engage and mellower than other Islay whiskies. I do give a little photo history of the Bowmore distillery as I do in most of my videos.
