After defeating Argus the Unmaker in Antorus (LFG), logout, then login. A quest pops onscreen to go see Mathias Shaw in Stormwind at the Lion's Rest. He will give you the quest "Gifts of the Fallen." Talk to Mathias again to trigger a cinematic. He will send you to Silithus: The Wound afterrwards for the Legion Epilogue questline.
