I talk about everything related to the Nostrification (Recognition) of your foreign Diploma (High School or University) in the Czech Republic, about Apostille and Superlegalization in this video.
Summary of the basic topics:
Nostrification
Nostrification is a process of recognition of your foreign diploma in the Czech Republic. There are two different processes - for high school diplomas and for university diplomas.
Apostille
Apostille is an internationally recognized way of legalizing your documents - for example, if you want to use your American/India/Australian marriage certificate in the Czech Republic, it must be apostilled first. That means that you take the original document to an apostille authority and they put an apostille sticker on the original document confirming that this is a genuine document.
Superlegalization
Superlegalization is one step more complicated process of legalizing your documents and it applied to documents issued by countries which have not signed the Hague Convetion - for example Canada. So, if you have a Canadian marriage certificate and you want to use it in the Czech Republic, you firs need to get the original certificate legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Canada and then get the whole thing superlegalized by the Czech Embassy in Canada.
Get in touch if you need any help with any of the processes or if you just have any questions, I'll be happy to help :)
