In this video I teach you how to value stocks using the '10 Cap' method of valuation used by Warren Buffett to pick stocks. The method involves calculating the Owner's Earnings, a number Warren Buffett mentioned in his letters' to the shareholders as an important part of valuing businesses.

First I explain what the 10 Cap method is and go through an example of how to calculate it, before explaining why we target a 10% cap rate and how it ensures we make a significant return on our investments.
