सूजी - Semolina - 1/2 cup - 90 grams
आटा - Wheat flour - 2 cup - 300 grams
सौंफ - Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
बादाम कतरन - Almond flakes - 1 tbsp
किशमिश - Resin - 1 tbsp, chopped
सूखा नारियल - Dry coconut - 2 tbsp, grated
छोटी इलायची - Green Cardamom - 4 nos, crushed
घी - Ghee - 1/4 cup, (60 ml)
