Closing his party’s annual conference in Brighton, the Liberal Democrat leader sang along to ABBA’s ‘Take a Chance on Me’.

During the conference, Sir Ed Davey singled out cities including Liverpool and Sheffield, and said that the Liberal Democrats can win in Labour’s traditional heartlands of England’s northern cities.
