A rude waiter belittles and bullies a woman in a wheelchair. He refuses to give her a table and refuses to serve her. Meanwhile, a very important food critic is expected at any moment to review the restaurant. This review could save the restaurant from closing, so everything has to be perfect. Sadly, this is not the case and what the restaurant staff doesn't know, is that the review has already begun, and they are in for a rude awakening.
