Exercise 4 – Squat Jacks
Squat jacks are a high powered variation of regular squats that give you a great cardio workout while also building lower body strength.
To perform squat jacks, follow the instructions below:
1. Stand with your feet a shoulder width apart, then bend your legs and lower your body down, stopping when your butt is parallel with your knees.
2. Jump and bring your legs together.
3. Jump and land with your legs a shoulder width apart.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for as many repetitions as you can manage within 20 seconds.
5. Rest for 10 seconds and then move onto the next exercise.
