A cool thing about Diablo Immortal is the ability to socket gems to make the armour more powerful. By completing the main quest line you get a default lightning core "legendary" gem. The cool thing about this gem is that after you socket it to one of your armor, each of your primary attacks will charge you up with electricity, and when that charge is full, your next attack will generate chain lightning, which is very powerful against monsters.
In this video I will show you how to socket this gem, and then how to transfer the gem to another piece of armor if you do equip something else in the same slot. This again is a very cool feature as you won't waste your gem on an item if you choose to not use it later. You can tell Blizzard has been making RPG games for a long time and these features really do reflect what players want.
After socketing the lightning core gem, it is hard to get another legendary gem. You have two options - to either acquire another gem through Elder Rifts, or do craft one using runes, but if you don't have enough runes, you would have to buy the runes with Fading Embers, which again you get from completing Elder Rifts. So in another video I will show you how to complete Elder Rifts :)
