The route has 14 bus stations, five of the bus stations are facing both sides of the Expressway as well as nine medium stations. The bus stations are; Bolade, Ladipo, Shogunle, PWD, Airport, Ikeja Along, Mangoro, Cement, Iyana-Dopemu,Adealu, Iyana-Ipaja, Pleasure, Ile-Epo and Super/Katangua.
The project was conceived in 2017 with aim of reducing travel time in the ever busy road. The BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) buses operate on a segregated lane carved out from the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway and part of the Agege Motor Road.
