23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports filed an anti-trust lawsuit against NASCAR a few weeks back. Since then, a lot of events have unfolded. In the judge's latest ruling, the court denied the plaintiffs a motion that would have made a huge difference in the teams' operations.
As it stands, 23XI Racing and FRM have not signed the new Charter Agreement that would have guaranteed them charters for the 2025 season. If they don't have charters, the teams will have to run as open teams next year. This could affect the team's revenues drastically.
