OMG! I tried to film this as a full-length workout video but the audio cut out half way through!
I manged to save most of it but had to delete all my commentary. I'll post the workout below in case you want to try it for yourself!
Warm up/Mobility Drills - 2 rounds:
1. Inch worm + hip opener (5 each leg)
2. Toy soldiers (5-10 each leg)
3. Cossack squats (5-10 each leg)
4. Lunge flyes (5 each leg)
Workout:
Exercise #1: Knee tuck, pike to push up - 2x rounds, as many reps as possible
Exercise #2: Pistol squats - 2x rounds each leg, as many reps as possible
Exercise #3: Single-arm narrow now - 1x round each arm, as many reps as possible
Exercise #4: Table top/glute bridge wide row - 1x round, as many reps as possible
Exercise #5: Bicep/tricep curl superset - 2x rounds, as many reps as possible
