CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The effort to legalize marijuana in Ohio came up short in the number of signatures needed on petitions to put the issue on the November ballot. Responsible Ohio was just over 29,500 signatures short. The group has 10 days to get more signatures to make up the difference. They must be turned in to the secretary of state by July 30.
