The winter chill of Kyiv was warmed by a bright and colorful exhibition of illuminated art installations at a Chinese lantern festival on Feb. 14, Saint Valentine’s Day.
The festival is held at the Ukrainian capital’s Spivoche Pole public park and event area, overlooking the Dnipro River.
