I wanted to transition from a lifted 4Runner to a crew cab mid-size pickup with better MPG and more comfort on road trips.
The Frontier looks great on paper, but is incredibly painful to drive around town for bigger drivers.

Edited to Add: I realize I made a major mistake in listing the painful to drive for bigger drivers in the original video details, when the emphasis should have been placed on the horrible quality control of this vehicle.
Yes, I am overweight and big and tall at 6'2 and 300lbs. But I drove a 2019 4Runner in which I found the seats great for four years, and my junk run around car is a 2007 Chevy HHR, in which the seats are totally comfy.
The 2023 Nissan Frontier seats are simply too narrow for many drivers. The ergonomics of the door panel and the grab handle were not designed for above average adults. It is indeed painful to drive for more than 20 minutes.
But the most important aspect is the paint issues, the transmission issues, and the seats failing to keep adjustment. None of those are related to the size of the driver, and show that Nissan is still severely lacking in quality control.
Insulting me and calling me fat does nothing to address the actual lack of quality in today's Nissan vehicles, and not only makes you look like a bully, but also someone incapable of critical thinking and rational thought.
Unfortunately, had to turn off comments because the repeated fat shaming and ignorance of facts presented just made me sad for America.
