Does anyone actually believe that the unemployment rate is a low of 3.8%? Lower than the average of 5.7% in the job market, and way under the all time high on 2020 of 14.90 percent? Because that is not what I am seeing in the thousands of people looking for jobs that cannot find work anywhere.
Since I started to make videos trying to help people a few weeks ago I’m seeing that people are applying for 300-400 jobs per month and not even getting calls for interviews.
If people are willing to work, they should be able to. I believe the number can’t be called accurate anymore because of people’s second jobs, gig work like Uber and Lyft, side hustles, people’s own businesses, etc.
Maybe I am not seeing what’s really out there in this economy but it doesn’t feel right, at all. Inflation is out of control, and so are all these layoffs. Am I wrong here everyone? Does this feel like low unemployment to you?
