Let me share with you the thumb rule of manifestation.

Within 5 seconds, look around and let me know one blue thing. 1... 2.... 3... 4... 5.... by now you must have found out or thought of one blue onlbject.
Now tell me, how many green objects can you name ? The answer would be 'none'. This is so because you were busy focusing to find a blue object. This explains that your brain does exactly that it has instructed to. So, those who say that they've been effected with evil eye or they get stuck and don't see anything positive look for similarly experiences that proves their mindset because this is what they think and look for.

And then are people who think that everything is going good and are happy, attract the experiences that resonate with their thoughts in order to prove them right.

So what you actually look for, you attract the same.
And this is manifestation.
