Various shots of Arthur Prince the ventriloquist doing a comedy act with his sailor dummy. Arthur is dressed as a Naval officer, his dummy is dressed as a sailor. An actor dressed as a sailor also has a few incidental lines in the sketch. The set looks like deck of a ship. The dummy sings comic song: "All the Nice Girls Love a Sailor". Arthur smokes a large cigar to disguise the fact his mouth is moving!
