At IBC 2016 in Amsterdam we met Daniel from FieldCast and found a wonderful synergetic use case of the BlackMagic Arduino Shield based RCP from SKAARHOJ: Use it to control you Panasonic, Sony or JVC camera! Daniels technology basically decodes the SDI transported CCU data at the camera end and converts it into the necessary signals for any of the supported cameras. On the far end you use the ATEM software or a SKAARHOJ panel of your liking to send the signals! Great :-)
