There is a simple way to set video as lock screen wallpaper on iPhone. It takes two steps.
First, you'll have to turn the video into a live photo. You can do this with any video that is under 30 seconds.
The easiest way is to use TikTok. Simply upload a private video and click the settings to convert that video into a live photo.
Then open the Settings app on your iPhone and choose live wallpaper. Select that new video you just converted and set it to your wallpaper.
