Crust:
15-20 graham cracker cookies
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter.
Filling:
2, 300ML cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of 2% milk
1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
3 egg yolks
1-2 tablespoons of grated lime zest.
