Parboiled baby potatoes cooked in italian herb and sauces. A must try recipe !
ITALIAN BABY POTATO
Ingredients
8-10 baby potatoes, peeled and parboiled
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
5-6 basil leaves
3-4 fresh parsley sprigs
1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 tablespoons fresh cream
¼ cup grated processed cheese
Method
1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add potatoes, mix and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and cook for a minute.
2. Roughly chop basil leaves and parsley. Tear rosemary sprigs.
3. Add salt to potatoes and mix. Add paprika powder and mix well. Add chopped and tornfresh herbs, mix and cook for a minute. Add cream, mix and cook for a minute.
4. Add cheese and mix well.
5. Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes
Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
