Ever wondered what it takes to get to a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant?
In Part 1, we interview the world renown head chef Franck Giovannini, who used to work with Benoit Violier, under the auspices of Frédy Girardet and Philippe Rochat. He took the helm in the kitchen in 2016 and shares the same values, the high standards and the same attention to detail as Benoit Violier did. The restaurant Hotel de Ville in Crissier is led by the Brigitte Violier, Managing Director of this unique establishment and who we also meet. She explains how she maintains the level of excellence for which the restaurant is reputed.
In 2015/2016, the Hotel de Ville Crissier was voted as the best restaurant in the world. This is not just about food. But more importantly, it is about the complete sensory experience. In 2018, it was ranked in the top 5 of the La Liste (3rd place, namely behind the restaurant of Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse).
