Whilst i continue my recovery this week from Shepperdine Half Marathon, in this weeks walk and talk update i talk about my mini trip during Bank Holiday weekend where i try some local delicacies that involves some tarts, cakes and custard!
This week i visited Matlock Bath and Bakewell that are both in the Peak District, Derbyshire Dales.
