GFCI outlets are required within 6' of water to prevent electrical shock. They are required in bathrooms, kitchens, outdoors and garages. Often times, GFCI protected outlet do not have the reset buttons on them, but they are connected to an outlet that does. We just need to find the GFCI reset that it's connected to and we can reset it, restoring power.
