Deputy chief medical officer Paul Kelly says the majority of new coronavirus cases in Australia are related to people coming back home from overseas.
As of the afternoon of 26 March, there are 2,793 confirmed cases in Australia with 12 deaths.
Professor Kelly said testing in every state has been expanded over the past few weeks, and about 10,000 tests per day are being conducted.
