Chicken Manchow Soup
Ingredients:-
Chicken Breast - 1
Ginger- 1 tb spn(chopped)
Garam- 1 tb spn(chopped)
Carrot- 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Beans - 1/3 cup
Leeks - 1/4 cup
Chicken Stock - 1 litre
Dark Soya Sauce- 1 tb spn
Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tb spn
Green chilli sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup- 2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tb spn
Sugar - 1 tsp
Flavouring salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Corn flour- 1 tb spn
Sprig onion- 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 tb spn
Method:-
In a wok add oil, ginger, garlic and sauté it. Then add chopped carrot, cabbage, beans, leeks, chicken and toss it for 2 minutes. Now add chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, ketchup, salt, sugar, flavouring salt .
Add corn flour slurry and adjust the thickness to desired consistency. In the last add sprigs onion and serve it with fried noodles.
