Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken Dinner ~ Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
6 skinless bone in chicken thighs
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 cup diced celery
1 to 1 1/2 cup carrots
salt and black pepper
chopped parsley
In a large bowl mix together cream soups, Ranch seasoning, onion flakes,
salt and black pepper, milk, celery and carrots.
Pour mixture on top of chicken thighs in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4hrs or on low setting for 6-8hrs.
Stir about half way into cooking...if you can.
Enjoy.
